SERVICES
Support Services
Our dedicated Personal Assistants provide tailored care and social inclusion support, helping individuals with disabilities lead independent and fulfilling lives. From gym visits to park walks and everyday companionship, we focus on activities that enhance well-being and confidence while fostering meaningful community connections.
We now offer a full range of adult social care services in Bradford– including home-based support, community engagement, and personalised daily assistance to promote dignity and independence.
Young People Programs
We work in partnership with Bradford Council to deliver enriching after-school and holiday programs for young people aged 8-18 with disabilities. These programs offer fun, engaging activities that promote skill development, social interaction, and inclusion in a supportive environment.
